• non-renewable.

Periodicals:

• not available for loan.

Dissertations and Theses:

• if circulating copy available, will lend for 2 weeks from date of receipt.
• most available from the National Library of Canada.

Micromaterials:

• will lend microfilm and microfiche for 2 weeks from date of receipt.
• will NOT lend B.C. newspapers between Sept. 1 and April 30 of each year.

Microfilming:

• service not available.

Audio-Visual Materials:

• will not lend.

Books to COPPUL, CARL and ELN members:

No charge

Books to other libraries:

$10.00 per title

Books to non-Canadian libraries:

$10.00 per title + shipping charges

Photocopies to COPPUL, OCUL, CAUL, ELN members:

Standard charges as per agreement

Photocopies to other libraries:

$10.00 for 1-40 pages, then .25 per page

OCLC - IFM participant:

$25.00 IFM charge per request; non-IFM requesters not accepted by OCLC, please use email.

Billing Policy:

• invoices are issued on a quarterly basis.
• exceptions exist for consortia and other special agreements.

Christmas Closure:

• the University of Victoria is closed every year between Christmas and New Year's Day.
