LibSAT Surveys
To help us better understand the needs and impressions of our library users, UVic Libraries are implementing the LibSAT survey. LibSAT is a Canadian-hosted and developed customer satisfaction survey specific to libraries.
The UVic Libraries will use the data collected in the survey as a quality-improvement tool to help us better serve library users. All responses provided in the survey are both anonymous and confidential, and data are stored on a secure Canadian web server. If you have any questions about the survey, please email our Assessment and Statistics Analyst at libsurv@uvic.ca.
